My name is Rozanna Chrapot. I’m a Creative & Marketing Consultant, bringing brands to life across Australia and the USA.

 

Known for thoughtful strategies and beautiful content, my boutique marketing studio Rubik Agency was founded in 2019. Acclaimed for our bold approach, Rubik quickly attracted national attention across the fashion, lifestyle, and real estate industries. I led standout campaigns for major Australian and international brands including Everlast, Colliers, CBRE, The Salvation Army, Replay and Endota Spa... All through word of mouth recommendations. 

 

In 2023, my husband Andrew, our two children Romeo and Tallulah, our dogs Poppy and Blue, and I followed an exciting opportunity and relocated to the USA.

 

Now based in the Houston, TX I work independently with businesses of all sizes — specialising in content creation, social media management, and offering creative support across marketing strategy, graphic design, copywriting, and website design.

 

I build brands like they’re my own — with care, consistency, and a deep understanding of what makes them connect. Equal parts branding expert and business mind, I blend creative direction with sharp strategy to help brands show up with clarity, confidence, and content that actually resonates.

My love for creativity started young. Between the ages of seven and seventeen, I spent my weekends either in a studio oil painting or finding new ways to make a creative mess. Later, photography captured my heart — thanks in no small part to my dad, who always had a camera in hand and annoyed me by constantly wanting to take photos of my family. That early love of the arts turned into a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and eventually, a career built on turning creative instincts into brand magic.

 

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the gym, cooking, painting, playing Mahjong, sharing wine with my neighbours every Wednesday, or deep in a Pinterest rabbit hole planning craft projects for my children — which, truthfully, I love doing with them more than anything.
